Following the success of our most recent Schools Telecoms Cost Savings Project for schools in Lancashire last month, we are now running a similar project for schools in Cumbria. Those of you who attended the Cumbria Association of School Business Managers Conference before the Easter break will already be aware of this and some schools have already expressed an interest in joining the cluster group audit. You do not have to be a CASBAM Member to take advantage of this offer if you wish to join forces with other schools to save money.
The project in Lancashire was a great success with 22 schools joining forces to increase their buying power to drive down prices. The project targeted cost savings across phone line rentals and calls, mobiles, telephone system maintenance contracts and broadband, with schools saving a combined total of £69,120.
The closing date for schools to be included in the group project is Friday 12th May so please do contact us if you are looking to make savings now that budgets have been completed for your school year. You will be able to save money in order to release funds to spend elsewhere within your school.
If you are interested in joining the Cumbria Cost Savings Project, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 01937 547090.
TGE Solutions specialise in helping schools to reduce costs on their telecoms expenditure. Our Telecoms Audits identify cost savings on phone line rentals, call charges, telephone system maintenance, mobiles and broadband. We also assist schools to procure new telephone systems, we will design a solution that is right for the school, write tender documentation, advise on suitable products and suppliers, review all supplier quotations and ensure that the school is purchasing the best system from the best supplier at the best price. It is important to stress that we only offer advice and do not sell any telecoms products.
