Sales Support Assistant
We are looking for a highly organised individual to join our small friendly team, due to the nature of our business the role will be school term time only.
TGE Solutions was established in 2011, we provide independent advice to schools and colleges to ensure they are procuring the correct telecoms and broadband solutions. We have an excellent reputation in the Education sector, to date we have worked with over 800 schools.
The successful applicant should enjoy communicating with others, have an excellent phone manner and strong written skills, you should also be familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. The job is based in Boroughbridge, North Yorkshire and this is the primary place of employment although once training is complete, the role will be mainly home based, it is therefore important that you are self-disciplined and are able to work effectively in this environment.
The role includes the following duties:
- Discussing and promoting our services with customers and prospects
- Booking appointments
- Updating customer records on our CRM database
- Attend conferences and exhibitions
- Manage email marketing campaigns
- Other administration tasks as required
The successful applicant can expect the following:
- School term time only (13 weeks holiday)
- Flexible working hours to suit the successful applicant
- The principal place of work is in Boroughbridge, North Yorkshire although this role will be mainly home based. You will be expected to travel to other locations for training, meetings etc.
